Clients agree to comply with all applicable communication laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, CTIA guidelines, carrier requirements, A2P 10DLC requirements, privacy laws, and any other applicable rules governing customer communication.
Clients may not use Bo.AI services to send spam, unauthorized marketing, deceptive messages, unlawful messages, or communications to people who have not properly consented.
6. AI System Disclaimer
Bo.AI uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to assist businesses.
AI-generated responses, summaries, recommendations, and automations may occasionally contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, unexpected behavior, or errors.
You understand and agree that:
AI systems are assistive tools only
AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate or error-free
AI systems may misunderstand user intent or context
You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring AI-generated content and automations
You are responsible for ensuring that your business information, policies, offers, pricing, and instructions are accurate
Bo.AI is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Bo.AI to:
Violate laws or regulations
Send spam or unauthorized communications

Harass, abuse, threaten, or deceive others

Infringe intellectual property rights

Clients retain ownership of their own business data, customer information, uploaded materials, and lawful content submitted to Bo.AI.
You grant Bo.AI a limited right to process and use submitted content solely for providing services, automation functionality, support, analytics, troubleshooting, and system improvement.
AI Outputs
Subject to applicable law and third-party provider limitations, clients may use AI-generated outputs created for their business operations.
Bo.AI does not guarantee exclusivity, originality, or ownership enforceability of AI-generated content.

Bo.AI’s total liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to Bo.AI during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ascend Impact LLC DBA Bo.AI, its affiliates, contractors, service providers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the services
Violation of these Terms
Violation of laws or regulations
Improper use of AI systems
Improper customer communication practices
Unauthorized messaging
Lack of required customer consent
Unauthorized data use
Content, instructions, or information you provide to Bo.AI
17. Termination
Bo.AI may suspend or terminate access to services at any time for reasons including:
